Reportal

One place to analyze all your data

Reportal unifies all your reports whether from analytics platforms like Tableau and PowerBI or custom HTML files and hyperlinks. Users can view and interact with data, filtering data, drilling down. Reportal accommodates different reports created in various reporting tools through generic plugin-based architecture, allowing the system administrators to configure report sources.

Reportal

Easy access to all your reports

Users can pin their favorite reports to their home screen, browse through folders or search for reports based on name, publisher, and tags. Sometimes, finding a report can be difficult, especially if it’s well hidden somewhere in a large folder hierarchy so Reportal lets you search for any folder or report by its name and search results are displayed as a filtered “Folders” screen, with the option to see the result in list- or grid-view.

Reportal

Tell the story behind the data

Sometimes it’s not enough to just simply send out a report so Reportal includes a fully functional document editor in which you can add narratives to your reports using text and images, or even combine multiple reports coming from different sources.

Reportal

Simplified and secure access

Reportal's flexible architecture provides integration with a variety of authentication providers. Microsoft AD, Google Auth and SAML are supported out of the box, but it is possible to integrate with any custom authentication tool. Single Sign-On allows users to access the reports without needing to authenticate multiple times. Reportal automatically pulls entitlements from report sources for each user to ensure reports are only viewed by authorized individuals.

Reportal

Easy configuration and administration

Adding and configuring report sources is easy. Administrators simply need to navigate to the settings screen where they can create or update a source by specifying its connection parameters. Reports from the source are pulled immediately after the connection is established, and Reportal will keep them up-to-date, as the content is synchronized hourly. It is also possible to integrate fully custom visualizations and data sources not hosted on 3rd party analytics platforms.
